Swan Energy gains 4% on EOI to invest in subsidiary company

The company has received an expression of interest (EOI) from Tata Realty and Infrastructure to invest upto 10 percent of the equity of Swan LNG, a 100 percent subsidiary of the company.

Moneycontrol BureauShare price of Swan Energy gained 4 percent intraday Wednesday as it has received an expression of interest to invest in its subsidiary company.The company has received an expression of interest (EOI) from Tata Realty and Infrastructure to invest upto 10 percent of the equity of Swan LNG, a 100 percent subsidiary of the company.The authorised share capital of Swan LNG has been increased from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 2000 crore.At 14:32 hrs Swan Energy was quoting at Rs 180.10, up Rs 4.50, or 2.56 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
