Nagarjuna Oil Refinery hits 52-week low as NCLT orders liquidation of associates co

Shares of Nagarjuna Oil Refinery touched 52-week low of Rs 0.91, falls 17 percent intraday Thursday after NCLT ordered liquidation of associates company.

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai ordered for liquidation of Nagarjuna Oil Corporation (NOCL), an associate company of Nagarjuna Oil Refinery (NORL).

The order is contingent to appeal under the procedure of law by the parties.

At 12:15 hrs Nagarjuna Oil Refinery was quoting at Rs 1.07, down Rs 0.03, or 2.73 percent on the BSE.
