Lorgan buys 14.5% stake in SVC Resources, Leman Fund exits

Cresta Fund drastically reduced its stake in the company from 2.89 percent to mere 0.07 percent. The fund sold more than 31 lakh shares at Rs 2.14 apiece via block deal.

    Leman Diversified Fund has exited SVC Resources by selling its entire shareholding of 5.38 percent stake or 59,25,236 equity shares at Rs 2.14 apiece through four block deals on Friday.

    Cresta Fund drastically reduced its stake in the company from 2.89 percent to mere 0.07 percent. The fund sold more than 31 lakh shares at Rs 2.14 apiece via block deal.

    Kalyani Barter Private Limited too offloaded 54,20,705 shares at Rs 2.14 apiece. It had bought more than 55 lakh shares in March 2013.

    Among others, Pranidhi Commerce Private Limited sold 7,25,129 shares and Sparrow Asia Diversified Opportunities Fund 5.5 lakh shares at same price.

    However, Lorgan Lifestyle bought 1,59,65,813 equity shares at Rs 2.14 apiece.

    On Friday, the stock of SVC Resources was locked at 5 upper circuit at Rs 2.14 on the BSE.

    Traded volumes jumped 400 percent to 1,63,94,111 shares as compared to its five-day average of 32,80,732 shares.
