Jubilant Pharmova announced the resignations of Dr. Ramakrishnan Arul, Whole-Time Director, and Dr. Tushar Gupta, Chief of Operations- Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) Business. Both resignations are effective at the close of business hours on August 31, 2025.
The departures are attributed to their transfer to Jubilant Biosys Limited, a subsidiary, where they will take on new roles starting September 1, 2025.
The company stated that it has complied with disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, adhering to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
