Ganesha Ecosphere Announces AGM E-Voting Cut-Off Date

Shareholders can participate in remote e-voting starting from 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, until 5:00 P.M. on Friday, September 26, 2025. Voting rights will be proportional to the paid-up equity share capital held as of the cut-off date, Saturday, September 20, 2025.

The company clarified that e-voting will not be permitted beyond the stipulated timeframe, with the e-voting module to be disabled by NSDL upon expiry. Shareholders holding shares in physical or dematerialized form during the specified period are eligible to cast their vote remotely before the AGM.

Mr. S. K. Gupta, Practicing Company Secretary, and Ms. Divya Saxena, Practicing Company Secretary, have been appointed as Scrutinizer and Alternate Scrutinizer, respectively, to oversee the remote e-voting process and ballot paper (Polling) voting at the AGM.

Ganesha Ecosphere has collaborated with NSDL to facilitate remote e-voting, adhering to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and related directives from MCA & SEBI.

The company is enabling members to exercise their voting rights electronically on all resolutions outlined in the notice, with business to be transacted via remote e-voting services.
