    Firstcall Research's report on TTK Healthcare"TTK Healthcare Limited primarily engages in pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and medical devices businesses, reported its financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2015. The company’s net profit jumps to Rs. 47.11 million against Rs. 36.16 million in the corresponding quarter ending of previous year, an increase of 30.28%. Revenue for the quarter rose by 6.85% to Rs. 1386.61 million from Rs. 1297.67 million, when compared with the prior year period. Reported earnings per share of the company stood at Rs. 6.07 a share during the quarter against Rs. 4.66 in the corresponding period of the previous year. Profit before interest, depreciation and tax is Rs. 99.53 million as against Rs. 77.78 million in the corresponding period of the previous year."OUTLOOK AND CONCLUSIONAt the current market price of Rs. 950.00, the stock P/E ratio is at 36.35 x FY16E and 32.21 x FY17E respectively.Earnings per share (EPS) of the company for the earnings for FY16E and FY17E are seen at Rs. 26.14 and Rs. 29.50 respectively.Net Sales and PAT of the company are expected to grow at a CAGR of 12% and 13% over 2014 to 2017E respectively.On the basis of EV/EBITDA, the stock trades at 15.64 x for FY16E and 13.96 x for FY17E.Price to Book Value of the stock is expected to be at 5.73 x and 5.24 x for FY16E and FY17E respectively."We recommend ‘BUY’ in this particular scrip with a target price of Rs 1095 for Medium to Long term investment", says Firstcall Research Report.For all recommendations, click hereDisclaimer: The views and investment tips expressed by investment experts/broking houses/rating agencies on moneycontrol.com are their own, and not that of the website or its management.
