Buy Indiabulls Real Estate, says Sukhani

Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "There are some stocks like Indiabulls Real Estate where one wants to buy and not sell. So, that is not a good idea to go short. But others like Unitech and Housing Development and Infrastructure (HDIL) are short selling candidates. So, in a choppy market the sector gets split up, the strong ones still need to be bought into and the weak ones we sold."


On November 11, 2013 Indiabulls Real Estate ended at Rs 64.20, down Rs 2.30, or 3.46 percent.


The share touched its 52-week high Rs 87.30 and 52-week low Rs 52.55 on 17 May, 2013 and 30 September, 2013, respectively.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 1.14 per share. (Sep, 2013). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 56.32. The latest book value of the company is Rs 134.23 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 0.48. The dividend yield of the company was 3.12 percent.
