Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore PTE bought Rs 40.56 crore stake in Indigo Paints through bulk deals, according to data from the stock exchanges.
Morgan Stanley Asia picked up 2.75 lakh or 0.58 percent shares in the paints company at an average price of Rs 1475. Smallcap World Fund sold 1.48 percent stake or 7.05 lakh shares at Rs 1475.32 per share. The total value of the transaction is at Rs 104.06 crore. As per shareholding data, Smallcap World Fund held 1.97 percent stake in Indigo Paints til December 2023.
Shares of Indigo Paints fell 0.69 percent to Rs 1,495 on the NSE.
In D B Realty, in which Rekha Jhunjhunwala is a shareholder, Pinnacle Investments sold stocks worth Rs 50.09 crore. Pinnacle offloaded 21.43 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 233.65.
Shares of D B Realty closed 5.17 percent below the previous day’s close at Rs 232.25 on the NSE.
Goyal Salt’s anchor investor Tryrock Capital Trust sold 0.57 percent stake in the market on January 16. Tryrock offloaded 1.02 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 213.2, selling Rs 2.17 crore worth stake in the company.
Tryrock previously sold 1.07 percent stake in Goyal Salt on January 10, and held 3.7 percent stake in the salt refining company as of October 2023.
The Goyal Salt stock gained 1.88 percent to close at Rs 210.90 on the NSE.
Fortune Smart Lifestyle Private Ltd sold 2.27 percent stake in Suyog Telematics in the bourses. It offloaded 2.5 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1086.41, resulting in a transaction of Rs 27.16 crore. Fortune previously sold 1.29 percent stake in the company on January 11.
Destinations International EQ Fund, which previously bought 0.75 percent stake in Suyog, further acquired a 1.14 percent stake. Destinations bought 1.25 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1086.40, a Rs 13.66 crore stake purchase. Furthermore, NHIT Global Emerging Market Equity Trust also bought 1.12 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1086.40 and Natixis International Funds snapped up 0.52 percent stake or 57,886 shares at an average price of Rs 1086.4.
Suyog Telematics stock rose 9.49 percent to Rs 1,189.5 on the BSE.
In Accent Microcell, Meru Investment Fund PCC sold 1.14 percent or 2.4 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 303.01 The total value of the transaction is Rs 7.27 crore. Shares of Accent Microcell closed 0.68 percent higher than previous day’s close at Rs 305.25 on the NSE.
