Sion Investment Holdings sold their entire 26.69 percent stake in CMS Info Systems

CMS Info Systems promoter Sion Investment Holdings PTE offloaded its entire stake in the company on February 27. It sold 4,17,71,975 shares or a 26.69 percent stake at Rs 370.38 per share.

Societe Generale, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore PTE, Kotak Small Cap fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, IIFL Securities, Think India Opportunities Master Fund LP, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority-WAY, Nomura Funds Ireland Public Ltd CoIndia Equity Fund, AIG Global Investment Corporation, India Acorn ICAV, WF Asian Reconnaissance Fund and Mathew Cyriac, Co-founder and Chairman designate of Florintree Advisors were the buyers who picked up CMS Info Systems shares.

CMS Info Systems shares declined 2.52 percent to Rs 387.

Meanwhile, Bharti Enterprises offloaded 62,50,900 shares, or a 1.26 percent stake, in ICIC Lombard General Insurance Company on February 27 for Rs 1,666.35 a share. Bharti held a 3.7 percent stake in the company as of December 2023.
