Bodhtree Consulting locked at 5% upper circuit on Rs 100cr order win from MCI

The company has bagged its second contract from the Medical Council of India worth of Rs 100 crore inclusive of taxes.

Shares of Bodhtree Consulting has locked at 5 percent Wednesday on the back of order win from the Medical Council of India (MCI).

The company has bagged its second contract from the Medical Council of India worth of Rs 100 crore inclusive of taxes.

This is part of digital mission mode project II, under which 550 medical colleges in the country are covered.

The scope of the project includes supplying and implementing IP surveillance solution to monitor defined areas at centralized location, setting-up centralized infrastructure, command and control center and data center, operation and maintenance of the solution for three years, provisioning of training to the users identified by MCI and establishing centralized IT helpdesk and video operations.

Earlier the company had bagged a Rs 50 crore project from MCI in August 2016, to design, procure, develop, supply, implement, operate and maintain its DMMP solution for e-governance purpose.

L N Rama Krishna, MD of Bodhtree Consulting said, “We are obviously delighted to win this second back to back project from the MCI."

"This one alone will help us double our revenues from last year, and our pipeline is brimming with several more opportunities on all fronts, be it Government, GST or our enterprise solutions,” he added.

At 09:40 hrs Bodhtree Consulting was quoting at Rs 79.85, up Rs 3.80, or 5 percent, touched a 52-week high of Rs 79.85 on the BSE.

There were pending buy orders of 103,915 shares, with no sellers available.
