Ashoka Buildcon bags Ludhiana highway project; shares up 5%

National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has declared company's subsidiary Ashoka Concessions as lowest bidder for the project in Ludhiana on Hybrid Annuity mode.

Moneycontrol BureauShares of Ashoka Buildcon gained more than 5 percent intraday Tuesday as its subsidiary has bagged Ludhiana highway project from NHAI.National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has declared company's subsidiary Ashoka Concessions as lowest bidder for the project in Ludhiana on Hybrid Annuity mode.The cost of said project is Rs 1600 crore.The company's 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on August 09, 2016.At 13:54 hrs Ashoka Buildcon was quoting at Rs 167.10, up Rs 5.15, or 3.18 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
