Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "Metals are broadly underperforming. It is not usual, we are all understand the reasons, we all have been discussing and saying it is an underperforming sector. To that extent it is wiser to pay attention on IT, on banks and on FMCG. But if somebody wants to go into the metal sector then Sterlite still remains the best chart. No matter whether it has been removed from the Nifty or not it is irrelevant, still the best chart.” He further added, “For midcaps it would be Polaris Financial Technology which is having a very interesting chart and Geometric in spite of that big run up it is still good for more. In the largecap it would be TCS.”
