Buy HDIL with a day target of Rs 110 and stop loss of Rs 104. The real estate stocks have come back in the focus and the Mumbai based real estate stocks have seen huge buying interest and this being the leading real estate developer in Mumbai city the stock is witnessing informed and value buying coupled with the long positions seeing getting created in the F&O also. Buy Bajaj Finserv with a day target of Rs 899 and stop loss of Rs 864. The company is likely to post better quarterly numbers because of its 65 percent subsidiary Bajaj Finance likely to post very good Q2 numbers with expected EPS of over Rs 150 for FY13. Apart from that this company’s insurance business is also doing quite well and the value buying is likely to emerge in the stock and hence a buy call. Buy Indiabull Real Estate with a day target of Rs 67 and stop loss of Rs 63.50 – because of the renewed buying interest seeing in the Mumbai based real estate stocks and this being a leading Mumbai real estate developer the buying interest is seen into the stock coupled with long positions seeing created in future segment and hence a buy call. Buy JP Associates with a day target of Rs 99 and stop loss of Rs 94. The cement stocks have come back into the focus because of the price corrections and having seen in these stocks and this company is likely to negotiate for selling its Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh, cement plants having capacity of 10 million tonne to Aditya Birla group and the deal is expected to happen at a good valuations in the near-term and hence value buying is seen in the stock yesterday which is likely to continue for the day also and hence a buy call.
