AnandRathi recommends to book profit in HUL and switch to Emami & Tata Coffee.
The call Hindustan Unilever (HUL) was initiated with price of 317 on 4th January,2011 with a price target of Rs.400 and was later also included in the Diwali pick in October 2011 with a revised price target of Rs.445. The CMP of the stock is Rs.450. Total returns till date 42% from the initiation. Now we suggest to book profits in HUL and close the call, instead switch to EMAMI & TATA COFFEE.
Emami looks good for a breakout above Rs.548 in the medium term above which a target price of 750 can be attained within a 1-2 year time horizon. We advise our clients to buy the stock on dips and accumulate the stock for the long term.
Tata Coffee looks good to cross 1026 in the near term. Above which a target of 1250 is possible in the medium term, as it is a breakout above the ascending triangle formation on the monthly charts.
