Moser Baer (India) is considering restructuring of FCCBs in near future. The FCCBs which were issued in 2007 are due for maturity on June 21, reports CNBC-TV18.
It touched an intraday high of Rs 9.69 and an intraday low of Rs 9.19. At 09:22 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 9.65, up Rs 0.55, or 6.04%.
It was trading with volumes of 194,173 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.33% or Rs 0.03 at Rs 9.10.
The company touched its 52-week high Rs 41.70 and 52-week low Rs 8.90 on 15 Jun, 2011 and 05 Jun, 2012, respectively.
Currently, it is trading -76.86% below its 52-week high and 8.43% above its 52-week low.
Market capitalisation stands at Rs 162.42 crore.
