RCF looks good for investment, says Rajesh Jain, Independent Market Strategist.

Jain told CNBC-TV18, "Sticking to intrinsic quality in the stock, I think two stocks come very readily to my mind. One is Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers. Fertiliser sector as we know is seeing the government liberalised the regulatory dose for reinvestment in this space, which did not see any investment for the last decade. RCF also has strong land bank in a very prime area in Mumbai, which it is seeking to unlock and regulations are allowing it to do that through a joint development with the builders. So, I think these two things which are likely to be eased up in the budget and would help a good investment in RCF, give you good appreciation with minimum downside."
