SBFC Finance, which was listed in August 2023 offers secured MSME loans and loans against gold, with a majority of the borrowers being entrepreneurs and small business owners. Since listing, the stock has fallen nearly 5 percent.

The AUM as of December 31, 2023 was Rs 6,266 crore, 40 percent higher on a YoY basis and 8 percent higher on a QoQ basis. GNPA for the same period was 2.38 percent as of December 2023. While the net profit was Rs 64 crore, a 22 percent QoQ growth and 63 percent growth on YoY basis.
