DDA receives over 3,000 applications for 2021 housing scheme

Over 500 applicants pay up the booking amount

On the fourth day following the launch of Delhi Development Authority’s 2021 housing scheme offering 1,350 flats for sale, DDA has received more than 3,000 applications, a DDA spokesperson said.

Over 500 applicants have paid up the booking amount, the spokesperson added.

The applications have been received for units across HIG, MIG and EWS categories, they said.

Applicants for flats under the scheme have to deposit application money under different categories. For EWS units, the amount is Rs 25,000; for LIG it is Rs 1 lakh and for MIG and HIG units it is Rs 2 lakh.
