Punjab National Bank Q2 Net Profit to Rs. 1,009.1 cr: Prabhudas Lilladher

Prabhudas Lilladher has come out with its second quarter (July-September’ 21) earnings estimates for the Banking sector. The brokerage house expects Punjab National Bank to report net profit at Rs. 1,009.1 crore (down 1.4% quarter-on-quarter).

Net Interest Income (NII) is expected to decrease by 14.3 percent Y-o-Y (down 0.5 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 7,191.9 crore, according to Prabhudas Lilladher.

Pre Provision Profit (PPP) is likely to rise by 8.7% Y-o-Y (up 1.1 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 6,166.9 crore.
