Bangalore sees better real estate transactions in June

According to a report by real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle India, Bangalore witnessed an improvement in the transaction activity in June.


Bangalore witnessed an improvement in the transaction activity in June. Overall vacancy rate in was kept low in the office space segment on the back of stable demand and restricted supply.


Meanwhile, its retail market continued to be steady. Vacancy in malls reduced marginally. The high streets saw modest absorption.

However, the residential space saw modest absorption during the month. It also saw a lot of new launches over the month.
