KNAV, a global accounting and consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta, USA, which is backed by Zerodha's Nikhil Kamath, has announced the strategic merger of Aventus Partners Limited, a UK-based accounting and advisory firm, into the KNAV group. The transaction reinforces KNAV’s long-term strategy of strengthening its global delivery capabilities and deepening the India–UK–US–Europe corridor that is central to supporting Indian multinational companies with cross-border compliance and advisory needs.

"Founded in Mumbai in 1999, KNAV has grown from an India-origin firm to a truly international firm with operations across the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Canada, the Netherlands, and the Philippines. The addition of Aventus follows KNAV’s 2024 integrations of HLG Netherlands and Natarajan & Swaminathan in Singapore, reinforcing its vision of delivering globally integrated solutions under a One Firm model," said KNAV.

Unlike traditional network structures, KNAV operates as a single, unified firm with seamless collaboration across jurisdictions. This structure enables consistent, high-quality service delivery to Indian multinational companies navigating complex global markets, it said.

“This merger reflects our commitment to building a globally integrated practice anchored around our exceptionally talented team in India,” said Vaibhav Manek, CEO of KNAV India. “The UK plays a strategic role in our corridor strategy, alongside the US, Netherlands, and Singapore. Expanding our capabilities in these hubs allows us to better serve Indian multinational companies with agility and global consistency.”
