Zensar Technologies Allots 37,180 Equity Shares via ESOPs

Zensar Technologies has announced the allotment of 37,180 fully paid equity shares on September 16, 2025, following approval by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors. These shares were allotted against the exercise of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) previously granted to employees.

As a result of this allotment, the company's issued and subscribed share capital has increased to ₹454,666,362, divided into 227,333,181 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each.
