Oil Country Tubular
Vivek Mundra bought 49.40 lakh shares at Rs 65.30. Seller was promoter entity United Steel Allied Industries which sold 49.40 lakh shares (9.50 percent stake) at Rs 65.30 per share. At close, the stock was trading at 65.50 percent, around 0.35 percent higher.
Sintercom India
Bellwether Capital bought 3.64 lakh shares (1.32 percent) at Rs 119.56. Seller was Sunita Aggarwal who sold 3.56 lakh shares (1.3 percent) at Rs 119.58 per share. At close, the stock was trading at Rs 120, around 5.87 percent higher. Sintercom is a manufacturer of stainless steel sintered parts for automotive sector in India
Welspun Investment and Commercials
Gaurav Naresh Lodha sold 25,127 shares (0.69 percent) at Rs 1,400.02 per share. At close, the stock was trading around 20 percent higher at Rs 1,422.10.
