AGS Transact Tech Ltd
Ishaan Tradefin LLP offloaded 9,02,235 shares of AGS Transact Tech Ltd at a weighted average price of Rs 4.91.
Mos Utility Ltd
L7 Hitech Private Limited purchased 2,00,000 shares of Mos Utility Ltd at Rs 287.75, while Rajasthan Gases Limited acquired 1,50,000 shares at Rs 291.
Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Ltd
Four Dimensions Securities (India) Ltd bought 90,90,971 shares or 0.83 percent stake in Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Ltd at an average price of Rs 24.12.
Vipul Ltd
Several block deals took place in Vipul Ltd. Usha Baid bought 29,48,770 shares at Rs 11.48, while Moneyplant Gold & Jewellery Trading L.L.C acquired 21,00,000 shares at Rs 11.47. On the sell side, Rakshan Singhal offloaded 10,00,000 shares at Rs 11.48. Navin Kumar Gupta and Ruchi Gupta sold 18,00,000 and 16,36,000 shares, respectively, both at Rs 11.47.
