Stellar Capital Services closed flat at Rs 20 a share on Friday after hitting an intraday high of 21.10 on the BSE SME Platform. It was opened at Rs 20.10.

Delhi-based company raised Rs 9 crore through the issue, which was opened for subscription during October 15 and October 18. The company intended to use issue proceeds for acquisition of offices on rent/lease in Kolkata & Jaipur and augmenting capital base.
