Primary market action: 14 IPOs closing, 7 stocks to debut this week

The market will see in total seven companies listing on the bourses this week, as per the IPO schedule. In the mainboard segment, JSW Infrastructure and Vaibhav Jewellers will debut on the bourses on October 3.

14 IPOs set to close next week

After a significant rush of IPOs in the quarter gone by, this week seems to be a silent period for the primary market in terms of new public issues launch as there won't be any new initial public offering.

Meanwhile, 14 companies will be closing their IPOs while seven firms will be making their debut on the bourses this week.

Issues closing this week

In the mainboard segment, pharma company Valiant Laboratories will close its Rs 152-crore public issue on October 3, while the subscription for Rs 71-crore IPO by Delhi-based wire manufacturer Plaza Wires will be ending on October 5.

The public issue of Valiant Labs has been subscribed 2.17 times so far, while Plaza Wires was booked 4.68 times on the first day of bidding, September 29.

On the SME front, IT solutions company Canarys Automations and logistics services firm Oneclick Logistics India will be closing their public issues on October 3. So far, they have been subscribed 98 percent and 16.49 times, respectively.

Electronics manufacturing services company Vinyas Innovative Technologies, event management company E Factor Experiences, and raw salts refining firm Goyal Salt will also close their IPOs on October 3, which have been booked 3.03 times, 3.77 times and 103.71 times, respectively, so far.

Also, the public issue of Kontor Space, which provides space-as-a-service by renting and managing commercial spaces, and Sunita Tools will be closing their public issues on same day. They have subscribed 15.76 times and 8.72 times, respectively.

Further, IPOs by Karnika Industries and Plada Infotech Services, which have seen 12 percent and 1.33 times subscription so far, will close on October 5, while Sharp Chucks and Machines, and Vishnusurya Projects and Infra will also have last day of subscription on the same day. Both have seen a 93 percent and 78 percent subscription, respectively.

The initial public offering of Vivaa Tradecom, which was booked 50 percent so far, will also be closing on October 4.

Listings

The market will see in total seven companies listing on the bourses this week, as per the IPO schedule. In the mainboard segment, country's second largest commercial port operator JSW Infrastructure and Andhra Pradesh-based jewellery retail chain Vaibhav Jewellers will debut on the bourses on October 3.

Experts expect around 15-20 percent listing gains for the JSW Group company, but Vaibhav Jewellers will see muted debut.

In the SME segment, Saakshi Medtech and Panels will also list shares on NSE Emerge on October 3, while the listing of Mangalam Alloys, and Digikore Studios shares will take place on October 4.

Further, the trading in Organic Recycling Systems, and Inspire Films shares will be commenced with effect from October 5.
