Plaza Wires raised Rs 71.28 crore through the IPO

With Plaza Wires IPO witnessing the highest-ever bidding from retail investors in the mainboard space, investors are now excited to check their allotment status. The share allotment is expected to be finalised by October 9 and post that investors can check the allotment status, either on the Kfin Technologies Ltd portal or on the BSE. The company’s grey market premium (GMP) is Rs 20, implying a listing price of about Rs 74 against the issue price of Rs 54.

The public offer was oversubscribed 160.97 times and the retail investors remained at the forefront subscribing to the issue 374.81 times. High net worth individuals (HNIs) bought 388.09 times the allotted quota, while the portion set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 42.84 times.

Plaza Wires raised Rs 71.28 crore through the IPO. The public offer consisted of only a fresh issue of 1.3 crore shares and there was no offer-for-sale component. Ahead of the IPO, the company raised Rs 20 crore from two anchor investors. Chanakya Opportunities Fund-I and Astrone Capital UCC-Arven bought 18.52 lakh equity shares each in the company at Rs 54 per share.

Step 2: Open one of the five provided links, and post the finalisation of allotment you can select Plaza Wires from the dropdown menu in the select IPO section

Step 3: Select one of all three options to check the status: Application No, Demat Account, or PAN

Step 4: You can proceed by choosing any one option:
