An IT services provider company, Funny Software is going to open its initial public offerings of 32.80 lakh equity shares tomorrow (May 14), which will close on May 20, 2015.

    Funny Software has come out with its public issue of 32.80 lakh equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs 14/- per share, aggregating to Rs 4.59 crore. The issue is going to open on May 14 and the same has scheduled to close May 20, 2015. The equity shares offered through the prospectus are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME Platform.

    Funny Software is engaged in the providing IT services, consulting and business solutions organization and delivering results to their business clients. The company also operate as reseller organization by a team of dynamic professionals with marketing, sales and technical know-how spread across various industries. Funny predominantly  cater to Delhi and nearby markets and act as IT Distribution space.

    First Overseas Capital Limited will be the lead manager and Skyline Financial Services Private Limited will be the registrar to the issue.
