The heavy rains also flooded several flyovers, prompting the traffic police to issue advisories. In one such advisory, motorists were cautioned not to take the Electronics City flyover towards Bengaluru City due to waterlogging in Roopena Agrahara. Instead, they were advised to take a left diversion towards NICE Road or a right diversion at Hosa Road.

Waterlogging was reported at Horamavu underpass (KR Puram towards Nagawara), Salem Bridge in Mahadevpura, and Panathur junction (traffic movement towards the railway bridge and K B Halli was particularly hit). Additionally, one side of the road near Yashaswini School on Kanakapura Road had to be temporarily closed due to waterlogging.
