Rallis India Q1 profit seen up 42%, seeds biz may grow 16%: Poll

Agricultural products manufacturer Rallis India's first quarter consolidated net profit is likely to increase 42 percent year-on-year to Rs 47 crore and revenue may grow 15 percent to Rs 538 crore, according to average of estimates of analysts polled by CNBC-TV18.


Operating profit (EBITDA - earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) is expected to rise 22.7 percent to Rs 69 crore and margin may expand 100 basis points to 13 percent in Q1.


Seeds business (Metahelix) is expected to deliver 16 percent topline growth.
