Impact of gas price increase was limited in Q3: Petronet LNG

India's biggest importer of liquefied natural gas, Petronet LNG Ltd, reported net profit of Rs 397 crore in the third quarter ended December 31. Company’s profit more than doubled as it handled record volumes of imported gas.

Company has seen minor impact due to increase in gas prices in the third quarter, said RK Garg, Director- Finance of the company.

Petronet LNG’s Dahej terminal reported its capacity utilisation at over 98 percent since the first quarter and the Kochi terminal’s capacity was at 6 percent.Watch video for more...
