Hero Motocorp Q2 net may rise 12% at Rs 492 cr: KR Choksey
According to KR Choksey, Hero Motocorp may report a 10 percent degrowth quarter-on-quarter (up 12 percent Y-o-Y) in net profit at Rs 492 crore.

KR Choksey has come out with its second quarter (July-September) earnings estimates for the automobile sector. The brokerage house expects Hero Motocorp to report a 10 percent degrowth quarter-on-quarter (up 12 percent Y-o-Y) in net profit at Rs 492 crore.
Revenues of Hero Motocorp are expected to decrease by 8 percent Q-o-Q (up 9 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 5,662 crore, according to KR Choksey.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to fall by 11 percent Q-o-Q (up 14 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 818 crore.
EBITDA margin or operating profit margin is likely to be at 14 percent in June quarter as against 15 percent in March quarter and 14 percent in a year ago period.
KR Choksey's Report on Hero Motocorp:
Topline increased on Y-o-Y basis on the back of better volume sales.
EBIDTA margins flat on sequential basis, however on yearly basis margins expected to improve by 60bps on account of higher volumes and lower other expenditures.
PAT margins is flat both on Y-o-Y and sequential basis.
