Below is the verbatim transcript of Aashish Kalra’s interview with Nigel D’Souza and Reema Tendulkar.
Nigel: Talking about your numbers, I wanted to ask you in terms of the revenue. In the first half of the year, you have done close to around Rs 30 crore. The entire of last year you did Rs 32 crore. Are we going to see maybe a Rs 50-60 crore revenue front, how confident are you for the year?
A: We have put a two year plan together for our business plan and we hope to do a USD 1 million a month by March 2016 and USD 2 million a month by March 2017. We are happy with the progress we have made. It is only two quarters into what we have planned and we are moving in the right direction is what I can tell you.
Nigel: For this year then can we expect a number of around Rs 60 crore. First half you gave us Rs 30 crore, second half, another Rs 30 crore?
A: We will be working towards the two year plan and we hope to get to revenues of a USD 1 million a month by March 2016 which is what we have said and we want to get to USD 2 million a month by March 2017. The big challenge for us has been recruiting and finding the right talent and training the right talent. If we continue along the lines we have done for the last two quarters, we have essentially done 100 percent more than the same quarter in 2014.
