    BSE Ltd on November 11 reported 61% jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 558 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. It reported consolidated net profit of Rs 347 crore in the year-ago period.

    BSE's revenue rose 44% to Rs 1,068 crore in Q2FY26 as against Rs 741 crore in Q2FY25.

    On November 11, BSE shares on NSE closed 0.7% higher at Rs 2,643.1 apiece.

    BSE contributed Rs 10.6 crore to core settlement guarantee fund in July-September quarter.

    BSE's Q2 consolidated transaction fee income rose to Rs 794 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 5,071 crore in the year-ago period.

    On sequential basis also, BSE saw growth in net profit and revenue from operations.

    The company said its key growth drivers are trading segments, mutual fund, platform services.

    The stock exchange's EBITDA rose 78% to Rs 691 crore on an annual basis with EBITDA margin coming at 64.7% as against 52.4% in the year-ago period.

    BSE's Q2 consolidated services to corporates income rose to Rs 138.5 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 1,195 crore in Q2FY25.
