UP Investor Summit 2018: Will invest Rs 25,000 crore over next 5 yrs, says KM Birla

In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman of Aditya Birla Group shared his investment outlook for Uttar Pradesh (UP). He was speaking from the side-lines of the UP Investors Summit 2018.

We have had a very long-standing relationship with UP. The group has been here from the early 1950s. So we are the earliest investor amongst private sector investors here in UP, he said.

We have committed to invest about Rs 25,000 crore over the next five years across our verticals, he added.
