Plywood and laminate manufacturer Uniply Industries has acquired 8.78 percent stake in UV Boards for a undisclosed sum.
In a filing to BSE today, the companies said 13,38,984 shares of UV Boards were acquired by Uniply Industries in an off-market transaction.
The UV Boards shares were sold by a promoter Dugar Mercandise.
Shares of Uniply Industries settled at Rs 301.55, up 3.59 percent on BSE.
