See FY16 rev growth to be 3% higher than FY15: Munjal Showa

One of the largest suppliers of shock absorbers to auto majors, Munjal Showa supplies in India, Japan, Germany, US and UK. The company has three plants in north India.

Yogesh Munjal, MD of Munjal Showa, says in the fist half of this fiscal year, there was no demand for motorbikes from rural India. But it picked up in the festive season and the company is prepared for a good second half. He expects the company's 2-wheeler segment to clock 5 percent growth. The company's 4-wheeler segment is already seeing around 5 percent growth.

He says 80 percent of the company's revenues comes from the 2-wheeler segment.

In terms of margins, he does not see double margin growth for the full year, but there will be some growth. Total FY16 revenue growth will be 3 percent better than FY15, says Munjal.
