In an interview to CNBC-TV18, YS Chakravarti, ED & COO of Shriram City Union Finance spoke about the latest happenings in the company.
We are predominantly into micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and two-wheeler funding, said Chakravarti.
He further said that FY17 personal loan portfolio grew by 40 percent. Personal loans are given between ticket sizes of Rs 25,000 and Rs 1 lakh, he added.
He sees a lot of potential for small ticket financing.
Shriram City Union is looking at an upward trend of disbursements in personal loans.
