An exclusive newsbreak by Network 18 says Nusli Wadia has served a defamation notice to Tata Sons as he felt the Group's bid to remove him as an Independant Chairman has irreparably marred his image. Noting that the allegations made against him are baseless and false and the Tatas seem to have embarked on a 'personal vendetta' against him, he has demanded the allegations be withdrawn immediately.The Tatas won't be intimidated by this defamation notice, says Hitesh Jain, ALMT Legal.
