IL&FS wins bid for Zojila tunnel project to connect Srinagar & Leh-Ladakh region

IL&FS Transportation Networks has won the bid to build Zojila tunnel project. The tunnel will connect Srinagar and Leh-Ladakh region. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Mukund Sapre, ED, IL&FS Transportation spoke about the same.

IL&FS Transportation Networks has won the bid to build Zojila tunnel project. The tunnel will connect Srinagar and Leh-Ladakh region.

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Mukund Sapre, ED, IL&FS Transportation spoke about the same.

This tunnel will open out the complete Kargil area for all weather and this is a 14 kilometer long tunnel, he said.
