MAS Financial Services is high in trade on a bullish note by Motilal Oswal. They have initiated coverage on the stock with a buy rating and they think the company is an efficient player in high growth product segment.

In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Kamlesh Gandhi, Chairman & MD of MAS Financial Services shared his readings and views on the same.

We have doubled our assets under management (AUM) every three years and always concentrated on quality growth, he said.

Our focus has always been on calibrated growth and quality growth, he added.

We tie up with local and smaller non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) in order to promote the products like we do directly through 3,200 centers of distribution and we have a revenue-sharing model with them, said Gandhi.

Speaking of capital raising needs, he said that we have raised primary capital only 2 times. We have grown through our internal accruals. We have five rounds of capital raising over the journey of 22 years. With the addition of the initial public offering (IPO) money, we don’t see ourselves raising capital within next 3-5 years next, he further mentioned.
