Different taxation across states a hurdle: Sunil Munjal

We have not yet been able to turn India into a single common market, says Sunil Munjal, joint MD, Hero Motocorp. As far as land and labour is concerned, he does not think anybody stood up and explained the lay public of India or even the affected parties what this regulation means for them.
