Infosys gears up to defy B-1 visa misuse allegation

A US based employee has taken Indian IT giant Infosys Technologies to court for alleged B-1 visa misuse. However, last night, it emerged that Infosys received a subpoena from a Texas grand jury seeking documents and records related to sponsorship and use of the B-1 visa.

Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Infosys CFO V Balakrishnan, said that the company is working closely with the US government on the complaint lodged by the employee. He said,
