Kohinoor Foods to hold 15% stake in JV with McCormick

Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Satnam Arora, managing director of Kohinoor Foods, said, "We are going to have 15% stake in the joint venture in the beginning and most of them it will be held by McCormick in the beginning years."
