Saint Gobain says promoters propose delisting from BSE

Automotive glass maker Saint Gobain Sekurit India Ltd said on Wednesday its promoters Saint Gobain Glass India Ltd and Saint-Gobain Securit S.A. France have proposed to delist the company from the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Automotive glass maker Saint Gobain Sekurit India said on Wednesday its promoters Saint Gobain Glass India and Saint-Gobain Securit S.A. France have proposed to delist the company from the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The promoters plan to purchase 14.23% of the company at an offer price of not more than Rs 31 per share. Shares of the company ended at Rs 40.7 per share, up 3.69% in a week Mumbai market.
