Govt of S'pore, Amansa Cap buy nearly 22lk DB Corp shares

Government of Singapore and Amansa Capital PTE Ltd today acquired a total of 21.88 lakh shares of media firm D B Corp in a deal worth Rs 44.86 crore through open market transactions.

Government of Singapore and Amansa Capital PTE Ltd today acquired a total of 21.88 lakh shares of media firm DB Corp in a deal worth Rs 44.86 crore through open market transactions. As per the bulk deal data available with the BSE, Government of Singapore purchased 11.83 lakh shares of the DB Corp in a deal valued at Rs 24.25 crore.

Another 10.05 lakh scrips of the media firm were bought by Amansa Capital PTE Ltd for Rs 20.61 crore. The shares were acquired at an average price Rs 205 apiece. On the BSE, the shares of DB Corp were up 0.43 per cent to settle at Rs 209 apiece.
