Hindustan Dorr-Oliver has denied the news of buying a majority stake by Piramal Group in the company.

With reference to news item appearing in leading web-portal titled "Piramal Group to buy majority stake in Hind Dorr: Sources", Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company do not have any information about the intended purchase of majority stake by Piramal Group in the Company and the Company strongly deny the source of this information.
