Ador Fontech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 22, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2010.

2. To consider splitting of equity shares of the Company.
