Shree Cement to consider payment of interim dividend

Shree Cement has its Board meeting on January 31, 2011 to consider payment of interim dividend for the year 2010-11.

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Board Meeting to be held on January 31, 2011 for consideration and approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2010, Shree Cement Ltd has now informed BSE that in the Board Meeting on January 31, 2011, Board would also consider payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2010-11.
