Rane Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.

2. To consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the year ending March 31, 2011.
